CRI Agence has expanded its leadership team with the naming of Caroline Garneau, Christine Blondeau and Mounir Fadlou named partners at the agency on Monday.
The Montreal-based firm said in a news release that the trio’s promotion “comes at an ideal time as the company’s success is built on a balance of experience and youth.”
“By joining forces with Mounir’s creative spirit, Caroline and Christine will contribute to a diversity of perspectives while enriching the complementarity of our strengths and skills,” Julien Brunet, partner and strategic product director at CRI, said in a news release.
Blondeau is currently the senior team lead of account services at CRI, a role she has held since September 2019. Blondeau has also spent time as account services director and strategic adviser during more than 18 years at the agency total.
Garneau is serving as CRI’s head of strategy since September 2022. She moved into the position after spending a year and nine months as a group account director of shopper marketing at LG2. Prior, Galarneau had spent more than 10 years at CRI in roles such as account manager, account services director and client lead.
And Fadlou is the associate creative director at CRI, a position he has been in since July 2019. He previously held the role of senior art director for more than three years.
“CRI has always known how to reinvent itself for its clients and take bold new steps toward growth,” said Christian Lafrenière, founding partner of business development and partnerships at CRI. “I’m excited for the future when I see the talent and leadership that drive the agency.”
The full-service agency aims to provide measurable marketing solutions based on expertise in data solutions, according to the news release. CRI has helped develop campaigns and platforms for clients such as Desjardins, Michelin, The Laughing Cow and Sobeys.
